So in this post, I wanted to share my top 10 tips on how to get up early every single day, so let's get started.

10 Strategies on how to wake up early

  • Try to form a habit to sleep at the same time every single night.

One of the most important things to help you wake up earlier every single day is to form a habit to sleep at the same time every single night. And try to do that for about three weeks to a month.

really get that habit and routine going because as soon as you do that your bed cycle and when you go to sleep is going to follow that as well, therefore making you get up earlier and on time.

  •   looking forward to things the next day.

This is one of my personal favorites. If I'm going to bed at night, I think about you know the coffee in my drink the next day to help me get up or maybe our friend I'm going to stay with for dinner that night or maybe whenever watching a movie or my favorite TV show these are things I look forward to the next day.

So when I wake up in the morning I know I can tap on the day because I have something to look forward to and that way you'll awake up happier and knowing that you will not feel groggy you're just going to get up and say hey today's going to be a great day because I have something to look forward.

  •  Don't hang useless things.

Make sure you get up and you stay up now I know I've done this before I get up I kind of hang around and bed and go through my Instagram my Facebook

and see what's happening but this whole thing just makes you feel more tired or more groggy so when you get up and your eyes are open now this is a really imprinted.

don't hang around your bedroom or linger in there or hangout in there unless you're going to bed because the bedroom should be a place where you just go to sleep other than that you shouldn't be hanging around in there.

because just hanging around on your bed or reading a book or going on your computer, it can just make you feel groggy and make you feel sleepy.

  • having a good outlook on your next day.

having a good outlook on your next day so before you go to bed just remind yourself whatever comes to my day tomorrow, whatever maybe troubles, or whatever nerve-racking thing that might happen the next day.

I can handle it and I can deal with it take the day and embrace it and just know that whatever comes the way you can deal with it and you can handle it and that way you won't drag me to going to bed or thinking about the next day in a negative way just know that you rise up and you embrace it.

you're going to deal with it, and you can do great.

  •  My personal tip 1

  •  My personal Tip 2

Sometimes many people have trouble sleeping at night because they have so much going on in the head things they have to do the next day were the important things that they think they may forget.

So a great way to combat this is to have a general nearby, I have a pen nearby, and or maybe just have a piece of paper where you can write down all the things you need to do the next day. so you know you've taken control and you've written them down.

if we go all the way back to the ancient days of the cavemen they have to use the Sun rising is a trigger for them to wake up in the Sun going down as a signal for them to go to sleep and as we have developed over times human beings as evolution has occurred and we have developed to where we are now that is still the case that you should go to bed when the Sun Goes Down.

allow yourself to wake up without an alarm because you are supposed to awake up when the work is done and your brain and body not when your alarm goes off.

I would say that you should go to bed if you're going to pick 10 a.m. or 1 a.m. or 10 p.m. or 1 a.m. then you should definitely go to bed at 10:00 it's close to the Sun going down is you can go to bed that is the best time that you could go to bed and then allow yourself to sleep throughout the night and then allow your body to wake you up when all the work is done in your brain.

If you have planned for the day instead of just like you know scrambling around and doing whatever comes your way you know

Another tip that I've always used for a while now is setting your alarm clock farther away from you in your room.

you know set your alarm away from your room on the other side of the room not where it's right next to you where you can constantly hit the snooze right there also when you have the phone close to you you're going to be more tempted to look at your phone at night

blue light is really what's going to keep you awake it does not do good for having you go to sleep, it literally prevents you from falling asleep first which is going to help you awake up early in the morning.

These tips help you to how to wake up early if you sleep late.

So also chug a glass of water as soon as you get up that's gonna really help you stay awake and do something right away as soon as you get up like I said do something right away don't just like sit on the couch and just like do nothing for an hour in the morning like you know work out you know Journal you know read pray meditate whatever.
